This project involves the design and execution of an Electrolyte Coating Line
Automation System developed to ensure precise process control,
stable coating quality, and safe plant operation.
The system plays a critical role in controlling and monitoring the electrolyte
coating process used in industrial manufacturing applications.
The automation solution focuses on synchronized control of process equipment,
power distribution, and auxiliary systems to maintain consistent operating
parameters such as current, voltage, temperature, and line speed.
Special emphasis was placed on process reliability, safety interlocks,
and real-time operational visibility.
The control architecture is implemented using Siemens PLC S7-300
integrated with MCC–PLC control panels.
This configuration enables centralized control, seamless coordination between
process and motor control systems, and efficient fault diagnostics across
the electrolyte coating line.
