Service & AMC Support | Power Plant Coal Handling System

This project involves service support and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
for the Wagon Tippler system of a Coal Handling Plant (CHP),
a critical facility supporting continuous fuel supply to a
500 MW thermal power plant.
The automation system ensures safe, reliable, and uninterrupted unloading
of coal wagons under demanding operational conditions.

The Wagon Tippler automation plays a vital role in coordinating wagon positioning,
tippling sequences, interlocks, and safety mechanisms.
High system availability is essential to prevent fuel shortages and maintain
stable power generation operations.

The control architecture is based on a Siemens S7-400 Redundant PLC system,
designed for high availability and fault tolerance.
The redundant PLC configuration ensures uninterrupted operation even in the
event of hardware or communication failures, making it ideal for
mission-critical power plant applications.
