Techno-Service Execution | Paper Manufacturing & Packaging Line
This project covers the automation, monitoring, and techno-service execution
of the A-4 Paper Line and Packaging System, designed to support
high-speed paper processing and packaging operations.
The system ensures stable production, precise control, and seamless coordination
across multiple sections of the paper manufacturing line.
The solution focuses on plant-level automation and distributed control,
enabling synchronized operation of paper line equipment, packaging machines,
conveyors, and auxiliary systems. Special emphasis was placed on improving
operational reliability, communication efficiency, and system maintainability
in a continuous production environment.
Automation is implemented using Siemens PLC S7-400 integrated with
an AS-Interface (AS-i) Network, allowing fast and reliable
communication with field-level devices such as sensors, actuators, and drives.
This architecture reduces wiring complexity while improving diagnostics and
response time across the paper line and packaging sections.
